What is a solo dog walk?+
A one-to-one walk with just your dog — no pack, no other dogs. Your walker tailors the pace, route and time to suit your dog, whether that’s a gentle potter, confidence-building on a quiet route, or a proper off-lead run where recall allows.
Which dogs are solo walks best for?+
Dogs who don’t do well in a group: reactive or nervous dogs who need space from others, dogs recovering from surgery or injury, seniors who prefer their own pace, or younger dogs who find a busy pack overwhelming. If a group walk isn’t right, a solo walk usually is.
How much is a solo walk?+
From £25 for a 45-minute one-to-one walk, one dog. Weekend and bank-holiday rates apply (1.5× on Saturdays, 2× on Sundays and bank holidays). You can book online in a minute.
Do I need a meet & greet first?+
Yes — every new dog starts with a free, no-obligation meet and greet before the first walk, so we can talk through triggers, quirks and recall, and your dog meets their walker calmly on home turf.
Can my reactive or nervous dog go off-lead?+
Only where it’s genuinely safe and recall is solid. Otherwise we keep to on-lead or a long-line on quieter routes, always at your dog’s comfort level — building trust first, never rushing it.
Do I get updates during the walk?+
Yes. Every solo walk is tracked with live GPS, and you get photos plus a recap with the route, distance and any notes the moment your dog is home.
Can I book one-off walks, or only a regular schedule?+
Both. Book a single solo walk or a regular weekly pattern online, and move or cancel with reasonable notice if life changes.
