then £12.50 / additional hour
Capped at £75 — covers up to 6 hours.

Meet & greet
Free 30-minute visit to your home. We meet your pets, you show us where everything is, and we agree the plan.

We take over
You sign the consent form online, pay, and relax. We arrive at the agreed time and keep you updated.
FAQ

What areas do you cover?+
We cover BN1, BN2, BN3 and BN41 as standard. Key collection and return is free within Brighton & Hove. Just outside those postcodes? Get in touch and we'll quote for travel.
How many pets does the price cover?+
Hourly visits cover up to two pets from the same household; each additional pet is £5 per visit. Overnight stays cover one dog, with additional dogs from the same household at £10 per night each.
My pet needs medication. Can you handle that?+
Tablets, liquids, eye drops, and standard injections are all fine, and we document each dose in the update. For more involved regimes (insulin, etc.) we'll talk it through at the meet-and-greet.
What if my pet has an accident or gets ill?+
We're first-aid trained. For anything serious we go straight to your nominated vet — that's why we collect vet details up-front and ask you to authorise emergency treatment up to a limit you choose. We call you immediately afterwards.
Are you insured?+
Yes. Public liability + care, custody and control + key cover. Insurance certificate provided on request.
What are the rates on weekends and holidays?+
Saturdays and weekdays are at our standard rates. Sundays and bank holidays are charged at 1.5×, and the Christmas period (24 Dec to 1 Jan) is double rate — please enquire well ahead for those dates.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at 50%. With more notice there's no charge. Same policy regardless of reason.
