FREQUENTLY ASKED

~ before you book a walk ~

How much does a dog walk cost?+

A group Pack Adventure is £16 per dog for a full 60 minutes, with pickup and drop-off included. Additional dogs from the same household get 25% off. Weekend and bank-holiday rates apply (1.5× on Saturdays, 2× on Sundays and bank holidays).

How many dogs are in a pack walk?+

Small groups of 2–3 dogs, matched by size, energy and temperament, so every dog has a good time. If a group walk isn’t right for your dog, we also offer one-to-one solo walks.

Will my dog be off the lead?+

Off-lead wherever your dog’s recall is solid and it’s safe to do so — that’s the best part of the walk. Where recall isn’t reliable yet, or in busier spots, we keep them on a long line. You tell us what you’re comfortable with.

What time will you collect my dog?+

We collect your dog up to 45 minutes before the walk and drop them home up to 45 minutes after, so we can loop the pack together. The walk itself always runs for its full booked 60 minutes.

My dog is nervous or reactive — can you still help?+

Yes. That’s exactly what our one-to-one solo walks are for: no other dogs, a tailored pace and route, and a walker matched to your dog. Just mention it when you enquire.

Do I get updates during the walk?+

Every walk is tracked with live GPS, you get photos through the day, and a recap with the route, distance and notes lands the moment your dog is home.
